David Evans Lead Substation Electrician and Brother Mr. David Evans lost his life while performing his duties on November 1, 2000. Our sympathy goes out to David’s friends and family. Below are excerpts taken from an eulogy delivered by one of David’s co-workers. On the desk I have at home there is a small, round plaque that my wife gave to me before we were married. On it is a verse from Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord.” If we live God’s will in each of our lives, there is no place for luck, coincidence, or chance. Everything in our life is in God’s plan. We may not always agree on or understand the things that happen, but we know it’s in God’s plan.
